Marlies Bartels is a Dutch freelance digital designer / art-director based in Rotterdam, who has a passion for crafting digital products with a strong user centered brand experience for ambitious brands. Her focus areas range from concept design and designing with design systems to building and leading teams in digital transformations.

With 15 years of experience in the design industry, Marlies Bartels has worked for brands such as Philips, Ring, Van Moof, De Correspondent, Eneco, Rabobank, ABN Amro, Design Museum and Postal Museum.

Some of the projects had the honor of receiving awards from The Webby Awards, European Design Awards and Red Dot.
